Common sense isn't so common 
This is true for many people, but most of the homeless are actually mentally ill people who's families died or got tired of caring for them. I would like to see how many of you would actually let that homeless, crazy person anywhere near your house to mow your yard. Of course the old insane asylums weren't a very good answer either. The sad truth is we just can't help everyone, hence the existence of homeless people. I love how both parties have one line answers to most problems, but those one line answers sure seem to fall short once enacted.
