Ive been doing it for 20 years!! I quess I love something about it. Times get tough but Im not selling yet. Ive got 5 years left to my plan

Uh oh....Entrepreneurship in your future Russ? I hear ya... 19 more years and I'm hanging up this biz... Then giving it to my girls.
 
ok thanks guys no im not very happy with things... im not starving...yet! Just having a hard time progressing bills always need paid too hard to put money into the business anymore im tapped out. down more than up anymore. havent tried too hard to sell i feel like i should get out before it gets too ugly i dont know yet,, some unless i hear some offers im in the hood of 8k for all equip

Doug you know what to say! Your right on even without elaborating.

I wont be getting out anytime within the next year but it does look as if its a strong possibility, lets just say that prior to this I was in the manufactured housing industry and I have a degree in Finance and Business Administration, my parents are retiring from the banking/mortgage industry with 90 years total experience between them, so you do the math and you will see where I am headed!
