How would you like to be EPA compliant for less than $1.50 per job?

It is great that the UAMCC is out there in front of the industry helping everyone to be compliant and do the right thing, especially with the newest technology available and at affordable prices. Thanks Tony!

I'm pretty sure nothing but flocculation or electrocoagulamation will handle emulsified oil - Not water boy, water maze, nor full size high dollar systems so it is not really a shortcoming.
 
Chris, you could use a shop vac with the pump out feature to capture the runoff and if there is no oil/grease in the water, you could pump it back into the yard so there are no puddles left when you leave. If the bulk of the water has a lot of SH in it, you would have to dilute it a lot with water before pumping into the grass.

If you are removing grease/oil stains, there are oil socks for that if you are only using hot water.

I have also looked into this a lot and not found anything that really works good when the oil/grease is emulsified. The Electrocoagulation and flocculation will handle it no problem. I was going to build a system on a trailer, a system that would not violate any current patents and would handle about 20-30gpm using different technology on a 16' trailer for large surface cleaning but have changed direction with the business right now, still have info and plans for later use if I go into more of that type of cleaning.

We attacking the problem of PLAZA cleaning. I state that pretty clearly in the first post of this thread.

I read that over there. with your differences he is going to attack you every chance he gets which is getting pathetic. and he does zero research so that's even more pathetic.

You can also split it out using hydrochloric acid. It is a pain to do it that way, though.

Too bad more contractors don't open their eyes and see the truth and what is really happening.
