Looks like we have another example of the PWNA being behind as usual.
Over on the his board one of the PWNA environmental directors is taking pot shots at our attempts to clean the environment using the best available technology to the maximum extent practicable.

We attacking the problem of PLAZA cleaning. I state that pretty clearly in the first post of this thread.
The gutter critter is filtration that is over and above what is required for plaza cleaning in my area:

One would think that a method of filtration that exceeds requirements by local laws and does so inexpensively would be something to be celebrated instead of denigrated.
