How would you clean this paving stone (pic)?

I would just pre-treat too. and dont forget to re-pack the joints of the pavers with sand its a good up sell. I usually include this on the first cleaning because the sand will come out.

I would love to up sell, but South Floridians are cheap :).. You will hear "mucho dinero" all over the place here :)).

You aint lying there brother!!!!

We have some of those cheap people here too. hahahaha

It is not just in Florida.

I am doing better now. hahahahaha

It has been very slow here but I just got a good contract and everything around here is going to get better and better.

I would try to get the trailer park people to talk to their friends and mention a quantity discount like 5 or more people then you get a discount of $65.00 per trailer or the regular price is $75.00, if they can get 10 or more then the price would go to $55.00 each.

I have seen what it is like there and understand, it is like another country with the lowballers, hacks, lowbidders, etc...

Look at it this way, if you are not making profit doing them at a certain price, you can stay at home and go broke just as fast but without having to work and put wear and tear on your equipment, no need to sell them at a very low price unless it really is that bad and you are hurting badly for the money. Otherwise I would try to get multiple trailers, next time walk around and talk to others there, have the people that called you talk to their friends, family and neighbors that live there and try for the multiples.

Good Luck!

Where can I find it and how do I use it? Whats the price?

Thanks!

Hey Dimitar, I am shooting for the 15th to be in Laurderdale.Let's hook up while I am out there. If you want I can bring the Butyl with me when I come and save you shipping, unless u need it before?

Nice work Nick!!

Are those pavers sealed? What pressure/gpm/heat are you using there?

Hey Steve, I think these pavers are set down with thin set I dont remember any sand comming out. They are not sealed and they get real nasty with the amount of people at these clubs every night.

We use 8gpm @3200 psi my water temp at the sweeper is somewhere around 170 degrees if that buy the time it gets thru 150 ft of hose to the surface cleaner. Whatever the temp it cleans real well, it's not as HOT as Jim's which I belive is comprable to the surface of the SUN but it's hot enough.:victory:

Nick, I need to buy a few more things from Lori. She said it will be freight out free, so no worries about it. Shoot me an email or call me when you guys are heading over.

We did a plaza recently with pavers that were concreted in, still had a bunch of dirt and crap come out of the gaps - made the job longer than it needed to be!

... wish I could harness the heat of the sun! :yikes:

That is funny! hahahahahahaha

I think that part of the global warming is due to Jim and his billion btu burners heating up the planet. hahahahahahaha

I think that if the sun ever burned out, Jim could re-start it with his billion btu burner. hahahahahahaha

There was a big scare in california last month, someone thought that they saw a volcano forming in the lower level of a parking garage, there was molten lava everywhere, upon closer inspection it was just Jim, he had the Heeeeeeeeet cranked up too high and was melting the concrete. hahahahahahaha
