The 20 people who get the buckets are drawn at random...so everyone has a chance to get a bucket that contains the "keys" to the skid. It would not just be only 20 people who have a chance to get the pressure washer because everyone's name was in the hat to get a bucket. Or, combine Ron and Jeff's suggestions...have the buckets for the majority of the prizes and have the skid as a last "grand prize" drawing.
