How to's for recomendation letters.

I need some help from some of you more marketing folks.

My clients is real happy and says the Kitchen Exhaust is working better than ever after our cleaning. He told me to write a recommendation letter for him to sign. What do I write?

"EnviroClean is the Best"...????

I am proud of our work but am not very good at tooting my own horn when it comes to stuff like this...your sugesstions are welcome.:eek:
 
I am pleased to write a letter of recomendation for J. Grogan of EnviroClean Pressure Cleaning. I currently use EnviroClean's services to clean the Kitchen Exhaust hoods at my restaraunt. I am very pleased with the service they have provided and our equipment works better than it ever has. In closing, I highly recommend Enviro Cleans Pressure Cleaning Services. Thanks You

....I'd take your personal name out. You don't want to add value to the term "j grogan', you want to add value to 'Evniroclean grease washing". You may sell your biz in a few years. You want the value associated to the biz, not you as person.
 
Jason, you hit the gold mine... Write about the impression you obviously have given this customer.

He has the confidence in you, have some in yourself. You need no one to write this for you.

Mine would be something like this, Ron from propowerwash has fullfill all my need as a falt work specialist. He was ontime and provided and supoerior service. I'm sure we will have a long standing relationship. I look forward to continuing growth with propowerwash.

Aw Russ you teaching her your bad ways already....I bet you still get rocks thrown at your truck when you cruise down by the railroad tracks....:rolleyes:
