how should i clean?

I have a 8 gpm hot water machine with high/low pressure tips.. Also have 24 inch surface cleaner. I can DS and x-jet if needed. How would you clean.
the business has 65 parking spots with around 10 with heavy water run off and rust stains. The Patio is stained concrete that the owner already messed up. The perimeter of the building is 2 yo concrete with the usual grease and oil stains. The parking lot also has gray pavers that look like slate pavers. The
owner wants two separate bids. 200 foot of sidewalk with dumpster pad and patio which is 30x10. The parking lot with 65 spaces and heavy rust on about ten. I know every one is different of course just trying to get an idea what some "masters" would do?

Hw and surface cleaner will take care if most of it. For the oil stains test zep purple power out of a pump sprayer it is acidic and will hurt aluminium, or find a detailer supplier and get some white wall cleaner/ multipurpose. I had one stain so bad i had to use engine brite. Try not to use muriatic acid. Surface cleaner shouldn't hurt the stained concrete, but let him know you will not beable to correct what he messed up. And also you hitting it again may make it worse.
