How often should the surface be cleaned?

Hey guys, I am focusing on gaining more commercial jobs this year and I am off to a great start. I have one question tho, how often should commercial concrete be cleaned? Obviously how fast it gets dirty but there has to be more factors than that. What has worked best for you when getting a commercial contract signed for a certain amount of cleanings per year? And how often do y'all normally clean commercial flat work a year? Thanks for you help, it is greatly appreciated.

This varies widely Sam. I have weekly contracts that get dirtier in less than a week than some of the quarterly cleanings I do. I'm on my way out the door right now but I'm sure more guys will chime in with more advice.
 
Here are the most common options we offer our clients:

weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual

I push for weekly with most restaurants, but they usually go bi-weekly. I push for bi-weekly with most plazas but they usual go monthly or quarterly. That is just me. Ron can sell water to a whale so you might want to talk to him... haha

And it shows Ty. Phoenix is very clean. It is because of guys like you, Ron and Scott that they are conditioned to clean more often. Nobody wants their property to look like crap when their competitors are clean. It is pure capitalism without the taint of government intrusion.

What I've been doing lately with my new clients this summer is contracting terms of six months with three cleanings. Giving them the freedom to choose the frequency. This way they are bound to at least three cleanings and if they use up their three early and want more we just draw up a new contract. FYI these are commercial flatwork
