How Much To Charge On Stucco

I'm writing up a bid for an apartment community in jax fl the average building is 7,300sq ft and there are 14 building. do i give them a break because of the size of the job?do i charge extra for patio's? and what chemical would u guys suggest? the buildings are covered in algea and mildew

I think you should give a discount (how much is you're call..........how hungry are you?) , based on the number of buildings and the fact that they're all lumped together............but I would charge them something for the patios...............they take more time then you might think.
