I still do fire and clean hoods but I am trying to get more and more concrete jobs during the day. We got this thing going in Mississippi with potential customers as far as concrete cleaning goes . ( What portion of my concrete will you clean for $ 100.00 ) It's getting crazy .. I went to bid a job the other day at a gas station .. I was told that I was to clean what I thought would be about $125 to $150 worth of concrete cleaning and then stop..Hmmm ! I asked the guy how he came up with this payment technique.. He said most of the people that clean his concrete will clean about 2 hours for $125.00 dollars and they did a good job. I told him I don't work that way .. I bid it out a $ 415 for the whole parking lot and sidewalk including dumpster pad , I then told him my machine uses 2 types of fuel and it is more expensive to operate and it does a better job.. I guess I lost this one HA HA HA.. We also have a guy that cleans concrete he has a hydrotek machine and a surface cleaner , Charges around $75.00 dollars to clean gas stations ... So maybe I am Just aiming high here but I try hard to make at least $75 to $100 AN HOUR..
I think maybe I WILL JUST SAY I will clean your concrete the price will be $100.00 per hour.. Or I could put a coin insert on my machine and one on my back....
