How many people you got working for you?

I guess the question depends on a few factors.

We've got four full time, one almost full time, five part time here in Vegas.

If you want to count "employees" as everyone who works for any company I have an interest in, no matter how small, I'd guess it's more like 35-50 but I haven't asked.

I like to hope I've been able to put some food on the table for some I haven't event met.

(this picture was taken from the lift at the top of a 4 story building on the last job of the day. Happy guys ready to go home!)

Now that is one of the best employee shots I've seen in years in this business. They must really like the owner

I was leaving with the lift, John. They realize I have had a stroke and they were just waving wildly so I wouldn't accidentally leave them on the roof! Lol.

We have 8 working at Innovative Pressure Cleaning. I think this is a happy place for us. We are still able to manage quality and make money too.

I work alone and am a private contractor. That is by all means easier than getting to work for a company that pays you much less, taking a big chunk of your wages for social security. After all, the only question is what is ir35 and once you see how to pay taxes, etc., you will be free. After all, you can organize this social security yourself if you wish. Those companies, when hiring cleaners, oftentimes provide reduced benefits anyway, as compared to white collar staff.
