how many of you order machines online?

I called bob, he has everything I need, and stuff I didn't know I needed.

I just bought another cold water 5.5, reel and all the fitting, I called Bob and it will be delivered. I dont have anywhere local to buy, its at least 2 hours away and that really doesnt help me for warrenty work. Bob has covered me on parts if theres a problem. I wish he was next door that would help. Local is great if its there and they are good, Bobs the next best thing in my book

I ordered from Bob and 3 days later received a small catalog from Delco (coincidence? Seems odd that I had never contacted Delco nor had they ever contacted me, and then 3 days after talking to Bob I get mail from Delco, but who knows). Delco's prices were insane.

called Bob, he called me when the truck was backing in my yard. Dont know how he did that.

is this an ad for PT? just kidding
bobs cool

I thought about ordering online, everything in Jackson is so expensive.. I have seen people spend as much as 7500.00 on a ramteq 4000@5.5 hot water skid.. This place that sells these says they will only service what they sell.. Pretty sweet for them , they make 100 percent or more on the machine and then they set up people on a wasted service plan... Like who doesnt know how to change oil, and pump oil...on the other hand we have another dealer ( they sell alkota) I can buy at about 35 to 50 % less online .. I was told if I buy a alkota online that they will not service it , they service only what they sell... I was lookin at a couple of machines the other day they were hydro-tek . I took in a couple of internet prices they could not touch the price...

As an example in Mississippi, I had bought 200 ft double braid 5400 psi non marking hose for my mchine from the florida house guys for about 215.00 shipped... Here in Jackson the price is almost 400.00 dollars.
I have always said that when I get to old to do this cleaning stuff I am going to open a pressure washer repair and parts sale store , I could make a fortune and still give my customer a way better price than anyone in town..

Delco parts prices are insane, but I love their machines, and the machine prices are not insane. They are also very easy to service and I have excellent luck with the machines I have bought from them.

I buy wholesale and build my own machines. All stainless, hot water and Briggs motors.

I might be switching to Hondas though, I only get 2 seasons on the new Briggs 18 hps and then I have to rebuild them. I can think of alot of other things to do with ten hours of my time then rebuild a motor.

I've never liked B&S engines very much. I really like my Honda (but I've heard bad things about the two-cylinder Hondas). I've heard really good things about Kohler too. Next machine I purchase will probably have a Kohler.

next from bob too. no he just great guy to all

Bought a Alkota, love the machine!!!! I will never buy anything from that dealer EVER again!!!! I guess some dealers think everyone is stupid ....I also have looked at buying from bob(in the near future)
