What do you think he is telling the officials he meets with?

Why on earth would anybody support an org that goes out on the internet and says these types of things about their own peers?

Here are some samples:

1) We usually have not been trained properly
2) We make phony insurance docs with photoshop
3) We don't properly dispose of hazardous waste
4) If we disagree we are lowballers and hacks
5) We make so little money we have to live with our parents

This is your "clear voice" people. This has been in the stance of the PW@A for a long time. They just unfortunately now have a spokesperson who is too ignorant to keep it to himself.
