well if happened again from the same guy.....house and driveway 175.00 (110.00 for house and 65.00 driveway) my price was 325.00, she told me she had another est. I cringed and asked her if I guessed who it was would she tell me.... Bingo...I Won the Prize!!!
I basically walked away after a lenthy discussion and said I would not even try to beat or match his price asked her to keep me informed on the results if she choose him.
Whatcha gonna do????

I am not so worried about this job, but when he is pricing this low....well its not good for the pw business, this guy does have a small ad in yp and the ones that use the book usually calls us both and he is usually under my price.
I think the he needs to be educated instead of the homeowner!!!

I don't think he will be even capable to pay his yp ad pricing jobs like this.

I just don't have time to convince a customer that my service is a professional service, and that most people that claim to pressure wash, have no idea how to do it safely or correctly. Kind of like these pictures
