Looks like a much smaller version of the fresh water pump in my boat. Only problem is the head you will be pulling. Very important to figure that out first.

Wanna rinse fast
Get you an "Apple Water Liberator"
That is a T Hose that feeds a 50 ft lehgth of 3/4 hose.
Hook one end of T to customers water supply, one end to the neighbors

Nothing is faster, until you get caught
