Great job, I personally try and stay away from washing houses. I have a $585 minimum charge to even wash a small single story house. Needless to say I don't get many house washes.

right bout now work is work ... I keep trying to get something going for a commercial account but so far all I manage to do is donate some of my business cards to managers that no longer have the authority to hire folks (even though they too agree that they property needs cleaning) ... as always it's all in the hands of their District Managers. I keep eye balling my phone to see if it will ring with someone asking for us to either put in a bid and/or requesting a demo. Any suggested advice ... I'm sure you recall how who it was when getting started ... I'm thinking it's the fact that most folks don't want to trust their property to a recently developed company. No worries though ... my time will come.
