In another thread I said how I put a Bid on a house. Well, I pulled out. The owner wouldn't come down in price. The septic system was bad and it would have to be connected to the city sewer, cost House $20,000 and the Business building about $10,000. ( talk about sticker shock )
Now I'm on house number 2. Not as big but will do fine.
This one has 3 buyers wanting it. Will they take my offer? I should hear Wedsday.
One thing I'm finding out is here in the North East they are making offers from $5,000 to $10,000 more then the asking price.
It is a sellers market here.
