OK, another dumb question, the local pool supply company sells 10% sodium hyPOchlorite. They say its the same thing. Will it work? I can only find 1 supplier of 12.5% SH and the only sell it in 55 gal drums. I don't really have a way to move that & I think it will get weak before I can use that much!

Yes chlorine is sodium hypochlorite. .if your doing roofs that shoukd go fast but I wouldnt leave it sitting around open to air or sunlight. .especially if its not stabilized. There are boosters you can use if it weekens but they cost you so its a catch 22...what about networking with another washer in the area..or a pool guy to go in together on the purchase
