Hot to build a foamer?

OK gents How does one go about building one of these foamers Ive been hearing so much about?

My pumper up sprayer just isnt good enough anymore?

Here is one from the archives. It is a 6in piece of pvc , 1 inch or so diameter. Fill it loosley with stainless steel from a stainless steel pad. Front is capped and a small hole is drilled. Test for the best size hole. Back end is set up with a quick disconnect to fit on wand. And there you have it. Directly from Mr. Wizards workshop.
