hose reel

i was looking at the same hose reel in northerns book. i was wondering if it would hook up to water hose. thanks. everyone, i am new to this site. would appreciate all the help i can get.
 
High Pressure Or Low Pressure? What is the Item Number?
 
it was a low pressure hose reel.held 1/2 inch and up. i was just gonna use it for my garden hose. i am not sure of item number, when i look at book again i will try and remember to get it.
 
I went to Home Depot and WalMart this weekend. I saw some great hose reeels for water hose. They were inside of a plastic box with a lid that opens and closes as a stool. That looks like something I would buy.
