What other services do you offer to your patrons?

We offer

Exhaust system cleaning
Equipment cleaning
Filter Cleaning/replacement
Equipment replacement/fans, griddles, fryers,Etc.
Fire systems service & updateing
Exterior cleaning-awnings,concrete.dumpster area, Etc.

Other services I have done. Or got talked into. lol
HVAC coil cleaning-Im amazed at how many dirty coils are out there.
Drain blasting.
Tile setting & replacement
Floor leveling
Hot water heater switch out
Gas equipment feed line replacement
Roof repair
Exterior painting and cleaning
Electrical receptacle replacements/ cord replacement 220
Breaker replacements-nothing worse then a weak circuit
Chemical sales
I know theres a bunch more that are escapeing my memory.
Anywho- you get the idea, what other services do you offer your clients?
The more you can offer as one service the more valuable you are to your patrons.

Before doing extra work, it might be wise to pass that by your insurance agent. You may not be covered under your general liab. policy for doing electrical work etc. and if some problem happens you might not be covered and on the hook yourself. I used to change out fan motors but do not do that anymore, my insurance would not cover an electrical fire if one happened as a result of the repair. Just a thought.

My soda system is dry, meaning that it drives the soda bicarb. with a 185 cfm compressor. The dry soda work very well on any dry hard substance like carbon. I charge extra for removing carbon buildup. My system cost around seven grand. It does the job fast. :)
 
David , Hows Sunny Cali? If you can find the time ,can you post a picture of it? The soda blasting equipment not california At the rate things are going on here I"ll take what I can get. :rolleyes:
