In addition to the roof tiles to be cleaned, this half-mile long outdoor shopping center contained eight 60-foot towers that needed a bath. All work was done at night between 10 pm and 6 am. Additional project "after" pictures will be posted shortly. The on-site property manager was so pleased with the work that we also signed the contract to pressure clean ALL the concrete sidewalks for the center. We'll begin this cleaning project tomorrow night.

This was our second large roof cleaning project in June as earlier this month we cleaned 225,000 s.f. of tile roofing for Canopy Walk condominium complex in Palm Coast, FL. Based in St. Augustine, High Tide provides commercial & residential pressure washing and roof cleaning services from Ponte Vedra Beach to Palm Coast.

Here are a few before and after pictures of the roof. Most of the before pictures didn't turn out well due to being too dark. A lot of the roof was really black and it took two hits of a pretty hot mix to get them clean.

After all the roofs were cleaned, we also pressure cleaned all the sidewalks for the shopping center and removed a ton of gum with not a single etching of the concrete.
