There really is an interesting dynamic that happens in this industry. We have people that call others drama people, simply because they disagree with them. They claim to want to promote the industry and increase professionalism, and yet want to exclude others. It seems that they particulary want to exclude those that can't, or won't spend money with them.

Some of their intentions seem pure, but there are many of them that just cannot understand that someone might do something out of the goodness of their heart, without a profit motive. I guess for some that is confusing, and then will feel the need to claim someone is the dumbest person ever, and even make claims that they are thieves, or worse, because there is no profit motive.

I think that a lot of people just do not understand that if you are willing to give something away for free, whether it be knowledge, or leads, or equipment, that in all likelihood, you are going to do something that is totally a foreign concept, and receive greater rewards.

Scott always thinks with a level Head, whats funny is distributors that are involved along with a couple national Association.

Its was bothering me for about 2 seconds, then I realized that again this anti professionalism is the separation of what I bring to the industry. The people who talk professionalism and the difference in practicing.

Thanks Dan all are aware here I'm sure. Thad's been a member here long before he and Chris probably knew each other. This forum I'm sure is how wcr was created. Thad and Chris are partners in business incase you were not aware.

The window cleaners without ron went up shortly after PWRa was created.

Chris visits here regular and so does Thad. We are not going to ban them or ask them to stay away.

Why they started a windows without ron I can only assume is for lack of the ability to get there own attention on regular forums. Attaching my name made it popular nearly instantly.

Since they have been getting killed on the web by multiple others I think they thought this was a good idea.

Nothing that's put up in a joking or even in a serious manner that's done like this will succeed. Sensible people with morals start to think why are we all in a group based on being without someone?

Hey for me I'm super popular now even with the people who don't know me. Others make comments about how my groups are actually less spammy than there's.

I still get stupid texts like these constantly from these guys that are annoying. Chris thinks he's Charle sheen and texts me a few days ago "winning! " If someone had told me we were competing I could have been ready. Lol I didn't realizing I was loosing. I appreciated the heads up as you can see I careless what they do and actually life's been much less drama which is sorts funny because according to them I'm the drama.

You didn't see me start a group talking exclusively without them?

I'm sure Chris thads business partner wants to chime in telling more people my charity work goes up my nose. Does this type of classless behavior bother me. Considering the source and how there credibility in this industry is gone , no!!!

I realize they have a couple followers and think its hundreds I know different.

I see people start off with such great ideas like they didn't and get side tracked.

Look after two years of success they then ask all the folks who helped them to step away.

The only difference between Tony and myself is Tony contributed more and I left them.

I just never realized stepping away would be so hard on them.

I just saw a post in their special FB group where Chris L was up in arms because Ron has a FB page called Professional Window Cleaning Resource. He complained aobut Ron stealing his name but conveniently forgets that there was already a Window Cleaning Resource in the UK when he started his forum. He also forgets his taking domains names that were like Gary's picnic or set up other internet supply houses so people wouldn't know right away that they were buying from WCR.
I guess it's all OK as long as he's doing it to others, right?!

Just like a cheating wife who always accuses their husband of cheating. She know how easy it is to do so she thinks he MUST be doing it. And it makes her feel justified in what shes doing if she makes herself the person she is hurting is doing it to.

That's the way all these Ron haters are. Accusing makes them feel better about their own guilt.

Meh....any publicity is good publicity. I guess these people don't realize they are helping Ron to gain more popularity by hating on him?

From what I've seen of Ron, he is super helpful. He's far more successful than me, and I'm sure 10x as busy, but he still takes the time to reach out to everyone and help promote even a small guy like me. I am very glad I found this forum, and glad to have someone like Ron around.

Oh, and I like Tony and his stance on retarded regulations. I was surprised to see they banned him on TGS. Keep fighting Ron and Tony. I think you are both good guys, for what it's worth.
 
Hey William, I am really surprised by the amount of politics and bull on the power washing boards. Most of the contractor boards I'm used to are nothing like the PW world. I am still somewhat surprised by all the drama, because I see no reason for a lot of it, but I'm glad to have met a few helpful people like yourself and Ron. That alone makes wading through the mud worth while.
