I know where his yard is. The guy is meticulous with everything that he owns. I used to see a guy at his yard every weekend detailing his crew trucks, and the semis that delivers the trusses. I knew I recognized the name.

You dont have to worry the builders are not hurting, they made zillions.

The employees are the ones working servers and sales jobs. Nothing worng with that except they took a huge pay cut.

I'm sure he's buying at barrett low and will sell high in another market or poissibly in a few years.

Remember the money in cars or the stock market is about the same gamble. Except someone will always want the car, ford stock may not exist.
