hey is this right?

.

If you "had it to do over David" what might you have done different ?

Wow, now there is a loaded question.

2 separate trailers each with.....

10 gallon/minute hot water skid ( 8 will do, gives you about 45 minutes of run time with no water )

350 gallon water tank

room for a 150 gallon chem tank

3 hose reels 1-water,1-chem-1-pressure

1 20" surface cleaner

1 36" surface cleaner

room for storage a big enough inverter to run lights and what ever I need.

more patience.. :)

keep the trailer low enough to fit into parking garages (clearance, ours fits luckily) and small enough to fit into one ( at home )

Interesting, TWO trailers instead of one ?
Is that so on a big job each operator can take one trailer ?
Can't one rig with enough hose do pretty much the same ?

Interesting the low boy concept to get into parking garages ?
I guess that rules out a 500 gallon tank ?

What are some other common mistakes to watch out for ?

I wanna do this right, the first time!

Sometimes we need to be in 2 places at once. We can do large areas with the one rig.

A 500 Gallon tank will fit if the trailer is low, I doubt it would fit on the back of a truck and still fit.

Common mistakes.....hmm
  1. Not having any repair parts on trailer
  2. No tools
  3. Not understanding the hows and why the equipment works
  4. Not having enough types of "hook ups" for water sources
  5. The last that I can think of is ... Learning to say when a project is to big to do.
  6. Not have any redundancy in equipment or guns or other things.

I recently turned down a 9 story building wash because of the Insurance reasons and other tag-a longs that go with it. Just to get the policy to do the one job I'd have to change agents do that deposit thing and also switch carriers. If you ask me, Its not worth it.

I could go on but It'll lose some in the typing, give me a call.

David, I will call you, but the water hookups confuse me >
