We started the smaller one at 9:30 am and we were done with the 2nd house by 2:30 pm, not bad time..

Thats really fast for over 10k sqft! Good job. Do you own the lift truck or rent it? Do you always use one? It was a one story so it would seem un-necessary. But, hey, you have a big boat and I dont, so teach me and I shall follow!

It's a 07 i have it 1 year..We bought the slip at a high and dry. Real nice place, it only takes about 10 min to get out to the open water of the Gulf of Mexico.
I wanted a go fast boat and the wife wanted a comfortable boat, so we compromised, we got a 55mph open deck boat..LOL

I own the lift truck, we only used the lift to get up on the roof, what the hell it beats the ladder. I use this truck to pull my rig when we are local.
The first house got the roof, housewash, deck and cage,drive and walks done, the second job was roof only..
