Henry Bockman/PWNA/new committee that was formed

Ron thanks for the input. I retired from the public servant sector but if giving back puts me in the public servant category I guess I'm good with that.One of the best things I learned with Henry's Clean Across America and now called The PWNA's Clean Across North America is how brilliant his idea was and will always be. One of the best way Kathy and I thought was to give back was to donate $ if you can so that's what we do. Never alot because we don't have alot but a little something when times are good. Joining the PWNA I was able to meet guys like Henry who were successful and full of idea's where they actually carried them out. It never occurred to me that you can give back also by doing your business for free to help others. What made his idea even greater was that it inspired others to also join in and do the same. Many did other type cleanings such as cleaning for families stricken with a hardship, Ronald McDonald housed etc..So yes I fully support any type business to give back free such as cleanings if they own a Powerwashing business, food if they own a restaurant business, clothes if they own a clothing store etc.. If they can.This country use to do that all the time. Boys town for example use to be a topic of conversation with me and some friends about how we donate a few bucks there.. This is the way we were brought up.. Today and I think of Tony Shelton on this one but not exactly the same... This country has pulled away from helping others. It's like the new generation is all about themselves and they can't be bothered. So now the moral drops etc.Now of course there are some great kids in this new generation that don't follow the norm and the do great things.So you may think I'm self promoting my business only for this but Ron you know me long enough and I don't really care to make money off of others by selling them a belief or an idea etc. Not me. Linda keeps asking me why I haven't put a link to her site back to mine.. I already had Keith work on my site and non of that is there... Should I put it there.. Probably especially when she said it promotes the positive.. But I'm best at making money by working.. The thing I do is promote the PWNA on my site along with then UAMCC for the time being by putting there logo's there because I support groups until unless they stop supporting each other then it's time to move on..Not everyone Ron is about promoting themselves 24-7 and the ones that are.... Good for them. This here is for the industry and like Henry, I will eventually be removed from this because it's there's to keep.Come back to the PWNA Ron if you aren't a member anymore and watch how they are operating and you will be pleasantly surprised and I still wish you came to the last Convention because your a visionary and you would have seen this first hand.Don't let a few who you may dislike cloud your judgement. Just go right thru it and you'll see alot of good guys and gals there. I hope to see you back in getting involved and having some fun for once... Which is what I'm having doing this.

Judgement not clouded John , there's good folks there for sure. Like I have said I put most of them in. Yep I said that John , we promoted the convention hard John. Mike an I actually made a pretty good team promoting the org. John if you didn't know I received the highest award they give out John that 2010. I have no bad blood for you or the pwna , it's ridiculous. I only depsise the socalled leaders who needed to peer over my fence line an sit for hours across the street count an watch my trucks go in an out. They also called many of my competitors asking batteries of questions. A couple apologized, I forgive them. A couple pretend they had no idea they knew or participated. Yeah I'll carry this axe for a long while. It was a dark day in my 27 years. Go from highest honor to attempts to discredit. You don't forget about stuff like that.
 
They are discredited as an org John. What they did to Ron was wrong, but forgivable. Mistakes can be forgiven.

Cowardice and pretending to have not made a mistake are character flaws. You can't forgive that. You just have to avoid it.
 
Hey Ron forgive but don't forget.. Time to let it go and move on. Some have apologized in what you and Tony are referring to and maybe some others didn't. The majority of the membership do not know this stuff. I just talked to a PWNA member tonight who is going to the ACR roundtable who doesn't even know who you are. He was Brian Penney's friend who doesn't do the bulletin board stuff and no it's not Dan Galvin.

If you can't bury the Hatchet with whoever was involved in looking over your fence then don't. The only thing I know on that is that the person who is at the center of that apologized to you and supposedly you apologized back maybe about some other stuff... End result he left and I guess you left.. Doesn't make the other 99% bad people.

And yes I know you won the Joe Walters Award. I talk to a Joe all the time. He is on this committee. You deserved the award that year no doubt.

If you look at the other people on this committee there all strong individuals and business leaders. There is no animosity and all past disagreements are left in the past. That's why you saw me on the net saying I'm only dealing with the positive from here on in With anything I get involved in as far as this industry goes.

I still fight some battles off line including dealing with a very bad attorney who stole $37,000 from one of my guys and over a quarter million from 9 other guys and she has now accused me of having her office broken up( She's toast.. Already have 2 DA's getting ready to charge her for a grand larceny and all of her accounts are frozen up.. This one was to dangerous and to risky for me to ever do this again but it's hard to turn down a friend or in this case my most valuable employee when all cops in both counties he reported this told him it was a civil matter and they can't help him or his friends.. and I will not take any of his hard earned money)

I also have my sister and brother inlaw who have no kids but took great pride in having there mortgage paid off which is there retirement money. They did what they thought was honorable by taking another full mortgage out to help there inlaw pay something off so his large business Can stay afloat to keep around 75 people employed and he steals there money and now won't communicate with them and is bankrupting everything. Just found this out last week. My sister cries and the helplessness of what she is dealing with is killing me.. Already am spinning the wheels to figure out where this guy hid the money.. I'm saying to much.. But I can tell you this Ron it's getting to be mayhem where I live.

So besides the outside stuff that is brutal within this industry it's all positive if I'm going to donate my time..
And whoever you say lost I know I didn't.. Especially when your holding all the cards. So I give it back..

I love this industry as I loved my Union life. It's like one big family.. And family to me is what I value the most..
And the bad Apples will get what they deserve..

Read the article in the Cleaner Times and see where you for see any problems. Above all,I do think your so locked in so where do you see how this can benefit the industry and how it maynot.

I already know who the good guys are such as Rob Huffman, Paul larimee, Beth Borrego,Dan Galvin and on and on. Charlie Arnold is a godsend and I'm not even religious.. Hopefully I can get Ron to see what he once saw when I started to make a move and he was super excited by it.. We talked for hours on what was going on and he loved it.. But then he wasn't happy about who got what gifts... So it is what it is. Don't worry about what the negatives vibes say.

I'm following my instincts and surrounding myself with Doers.. There is no Daryl Mirza's or anyone that Ron had suggested is running the org.. Its Eric Clarke and his elected Board members who have full control like a good board who was elected should.. And Eric listened to what I had to say., and I didn't get accused of being a bad guy with YouTube vidoe's of kids saying so... But still can't dislike Ronny because I know he loves the drama of it all.. It's good for ratings..
 
And Tony I've been affiliated with the PWNA a few years before you got into this business so it's been along time now. When I was involved as a Board of director we had close to 475 members. I served with a decent board. When I left and the shanagans started they went down to maybe 100 or so members. Then Ron came along and help sign up between 11- 40 members and if it was 11 from what I heard it really was he deserved the Joe Walters award regardless.

So let's see what's down the horizon.. Things could happen like a drop of a hat.

And here we are again. What was a request for input on another feel good, screw the local contractor PWNA thingy turned into a look at John thread. Part of banning yourself from a board means having the discipline of staying away. Build up some creds again, let people forget about the whole illegitimate grand daughter of a dead athlete fiasco look at me campaign, let a new wave of contractors come in that don't know how the P$*A is selling out their members to sell reclaim equipment and get lower insurance premiums. Got to let the scab heal before you come back for more damage.

Build with a solid foundation. It will succeed an you might have many followers.

This actually has nothing to do with me or you. It should be about something good for all.

Thanks Ron--- and as for that 11 people you signed up you know I Also heard you signed up alot more then that. The point being is you never know who really knows what that is very accurate..

I left you a voice mail yesterday and yes it's time to get this thing completed.. The harder thing then this is to try and do what you guys did which was getting William signed up to the "Union". Lol. Hey William which was the "Union" anyway.. Or does that represent all organized groups??

John I ran each event , I signed them up personally. I was the representative even at Acr that year you hit the drive thru sign.

Speaking of all that what has the NCE been up to these days?? What exactly is the NCE?? Is it like the WCR?? That guy Chris L seems to have it all together.. And yup he knows the Ronster.. You are the most known industry personality on the net...
