HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

That is a good idea. Luckily it isnt really even needed to do that. You just have to make pre-wetting and rinsing cars part of your building washing process. Just like you would prewet shrubs etc and rinse them, you do the same with any vehicles around, its 2nd nature for my guys, its just something we do. Really we might get 1, 2, 3, 4 complaints a year at most and there are always cars around.

I called Joe Walters this morning and he didn't return my call. I'll reserve any complaints for now as he's been prompt in the past, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt ... that being said I also called my local Nationwide agent so we'll see how it goes.

What I don't get is Walters knows that I, along with half the people he does business with use 12.5% for roof cleaning on a regular basis. It's not uncommon for the homeowner to leave their car parked in the driveway so I don't see what the problem is ... He certainly has the right to decide how much liability he want to take on, just as I have the right to take my business elsewhere.

I'm just glad he's not open 24/7 because I was fuming last night. I'll try to reason with him and hopefully he'll realize that if he wants my business he's going to have to be more realistic.

Listen up folks, whatever carrier you use Locally ask for a business specialist. DO not use your regular Farmer or allstate agent. These companys have people who specialize in business only. Yes the normal agent will try to tell you they do. Get the referral from carrier. DO not rely on the agent to be honest, face it your not a specialist at one thing or another but you will also give something a shot. They do the same thing....

Once you find your person locally your problems and nightmare of using these long distance brokers are over.

Waht Ron said and I will also say use a company that isnt stuck to one or two carriers. My guy has dozens of companies and underwriters. I will never go back to a company that deals with one insurance company

That is great, congratulations.
