Help with quote.

Ok, a little help with a quote. 18,000 sq .ft of brick/concrete walls. 2 story building, some mold, mostly grime. 8000 sq. ft. flat work. Owner is providing boom lift and water.

I was thinking $.15 walls for hot rinse and some chem., if needed. $.12 for flat work.

Any input?

It's a little high for our area - we'd be below .10 on flat work and with no acid or chems on the brick, less than .15 I'm sure. But that's in our area....you may be able to get those prices where you are (lucky dog )
