Help with BIG Bid

I am bidding on a commercial project that is much larger than anything I have done before in wood. The project is washings 155,000 square feet of unstained cedar that is mostly verticals and overhead; mostly ground to 12 feet high. I have done decks but those pale in comparision, regarding square footage. I have read many, many posts regarding pricing and the implications of the market and such but this one giving me gray hairs. Any seasoned pro's who will let me give them a call and take 15 minutes of their time?

I am still a little green but charge per Sq what you would normally charge. Dont be scared to sell yourself and your product you would be supprised sometimes.
