Help with bidding in Dallas texas

I am looking for someone to help out a newbie with bidding in Dallas, Texas. What to charge per sq.ft for flat work,houses,commercial bids,fences,decks??
I have done a few jobs but I feel that I am not charging enough and I do not want to be considered a low baller.
I am only in the business part time so you do not have to worry about me competing with you. I do however have a good Hot/Cold 3000psi 5gpm 16hp machine so that I can bid like the big boys.I run a very ligite business and I carry a 1 Mil insurance policy and my company is registered with the IRS as an LLC.I want to make all the money possible but I also want to bid correctly so that I make what I am worth and so that I do not give the pressure washing industry and bad rap!
Any help would be appreciated.

i have been trying to get my name out to get bid opertunities. if you do not mind i would like to know the best way to do that. i live in ft worth and have been trying to get myself established her and have had hard luck....
