HELP, Lost Pressure!!!

Russ, thanks for the call! I haven't been back up to the shop to work on that machine in a few days. If you see this, ill be giving you a call tomorrow or Wednesday. The weather is supposed to turn back off cold so thatll give me a chance to shut down a do some maintenance.
 
Well this thing is still giving me fits. Could it possibly be something internal? I honestly have no clue now. I hooked a roto nozzle up to it just to see what it did and it bumped it up to 2500 psi. But this thing is moving the hose back and forth so bad from pulsing that its tearing the coating off of my hose.
 
Needs check valves heck if you have plenty of work buy a new washer and don't worry about it use it for parts etc.Focus on getting more work not worrying with a $1200 washer.
 
You will get problems if its sucking air in any place make sure that all the clamps and head nuts are tight. (One thing to do is unhook the water tank and use a garden hose fitting on the head and pressurize the head with forced water)

Make sure the water feed lines are clear and clean of any debris (We use the clear tiger flex hose with filters to ensure we can see any problems) Also make sure the feed lines are big enough

Do you have a down Streamer hooked up? If so check it out we have had them go bad and spray water out the line before.

Ensure that the new unloader is bypassing water properly there should be a small amount of water flow returning to the tank even when the trigger is pulled.

Not sure if you have changed out the packings but that could be a causing you to loose pressure.
