Help - Engine Wont Start

I bet you anything one of your lifters fell off. This happens on our machines from time to time from all the driving down the road. You need to take your valve covers off and inspect your lifters. If you have no idea what I am talking about, just take off the covers, you should be able to figure it out. If one slips out of place, you might not have enough compression to fire it up. Sometimes you need to check your valve clearance. If it gets too loose, it can cause the lifter to fall off. If it gets too tight, it wont run as good as it should.

Ron - Cant Rent matts Machine, we are actually teaming up to help him out tonight.

Russ - The engine is a 20HP Honda GX620

Bunn - Where exactly is this switch?

John B - Checked the oil level, it was fine, replaced oil anyway. So it has new clean oil and the correct amount at that. I know about the low oil cut off thingy...dont think thats it.

Chris- Spins freely, no obstruction. Took out the .

JMSC - I understand, I work on cars alot too, Ill check the lifters. This seems like the only possible scenario left. Im getting fuel air and spark ?????

Im just lost because I have all of my main components. Its funny when the wife is out there working on the trailer and the hubby is watching. LOL

no this started before the tune up. Anyway I got it running now. Shot some starter fluid down the carb. This leads me to belive I have a fuel problem, Im guessing the fuel pump because the filter is brand new and fine.

Ill keep yall updated.

Now we can go help Matt tonight!!
