Thank you all for the welcome to the forum! I started out in the pressure washing / truck washing business 25 years ago. We developed our own line of chemicals for our own use. After that, its that old story about the tail winding up wagging the dog, as before long the potential in the chemical end of things outpaced the fleetwashing. By then we had cleaning contracts with US Steel (giving a whole new definition to "dirty.") We sold that part of the business & became "Omega Chemical."
I am often available to talk to any professional truck washer about the finer chemical points of truck washing, I feel like I have a good understanding of that as a chemist, but one who "learned in the mud, not in sales meetings," as our website says. (After washing 300,000 trucks, you are bound to learn something!) And I don't mind not being the only one who learns from my mistakes. I have made my fair share!
