having a problem with my garage cement floor

Hey craig, not sure if this is in your expertise i have a customer who asked me to powerwash her garage floor (which is attached to her house) so the floor is spotless. She then asked me to brush on the cement floor with drylok. Shes telling me that her garage floor gets very misty on damp summer days, and was hopeing that drylock would keep the moisture from in. Any ideas... Fyi i looked and didn"t find any water leaks

Drylock is not a cure all..sounds like She has water sitting underneath her garage floor which means her water table, when it rises, comes up through there..She needs to relieve the pressure by waterproofing the perimeter..definitedly a bigger job..

In any event whether applying Drylock on walls or floors it is not a cure all..

The moisture is condensation forming on the cool concrete from the warm moist air drilock will not stop it. I have this problem in my shop every spring and sometimes in the summer when we get a quick hot humid spell. if she wants to stop it the concrete will need to be warmer than the air or she needs to keep her garage closed up as much as possible.
