Have you been sued?

I have never been sued. I do have an attorney that I use, because there are occasions when I have had a need. He was well worth every penny I paid him.
If you are researching an attorney, go to martindale.com and look him up. It will give you a rating. You are looking for a 5.0 of 5.0 or someone that is labelled a Super Lawyer. Mine is both. The better part is, he can be trusted and is honest. A true rarity. Of course, it helped that I knew him well on a personal level well before I ever used him for his legal expertise.
 
I have never been sued but went through a tuff situation on an Attorneys house which was being restored by me and brought about serious mistakes by the pervious painters. Very difficult situation and I remained taking care of the property after all the crap I had no control of because of respect .Truly great people and understanding . I could of been brought to court for uncovering a problem and going to court came up. I came up with a few solutions and it worked but it took a year. It was a nightmare for me and them. They are in the top 2% and could of screwed me in legal fees but trusted what I had to say and the effort to solve the problem.
