I thought I would ask this in a separate thread.
I am worried about using the hot water source in the back of the restaurant because I don't know how hot it is and if it will damage the regular packings in pumps. I don't have the high temp packings, just the regular that they put in the Hotsy pumps. I need to find my laser temp gun so I can see how hot the water is next time so I know how hot it gets.
Has anyone used this hot water and nothing happened over the course of 6 months or a year or longer, not just 1 time or a couple times?
I am guessing that Paul, Russ J. or Jerry will know the answer.
