Yes, I think you can do it in a few years. Depends on the capital you have available, most guys build it steady as she goes with Cash.

That was the famous "dance" with that other guy.

I don't understand why guys want to dance with each other, to each their own.

I think that is the one that Ron had recorded and put up on youtube.
