This was actually putting out too much flow and PSI for my intended use,..when I tried to adjust the pressure down it would just cause cycling when trying to use a misting nozzle. So, on my suction line I went from 3/8" to 1/4",..still too much,..then I went to a size smaller than 1/4",..not sure if it's 1/8" or what,..but the really small hose makes the flow and PSI just right and no cycling. And I f I need to get some flow like spraying a rusty driveway or deck,..I can easily switch hoses and be back to more flow and PSI. Not sure if the smaller hose on the suction side will hurt anything or not,...but I wouldn't think so,..it actually takes some load off the pump,..and it is still pumping liquid through it for cooling. We shall see,Ha,Ha,.. This is my first experience with 12V,..but been wanting a medium duty sprayer,..where sometimes pump ups are not enough,..but my roof rig is overkill,..this should fill that gap.
Not sure what the best pump is for multi-chemical applications,..but this is what TSC had and was local. Seems many of these have Santoprene and Viton wetted parts. Chris Tucker told me about a ShurFlo I may try also.
*Also gonna add some charging posts onto the outside of the bucket.
**My idea was to put this on a hand truck and be able to stack a 5 gallon bucket of cleaning solution on top of it, and also have a hose reel on the hand truck,..but I am just way out of room for such a riggin. Maybe I'll put the pump and battery in one of those Coleman coolers on wheels,..and there should be room in there for a few gallons of soap, lunch and some ice and drinks,Ha,Ha,.. Even have a seat if you like

A lot of guys have rigged up hand trucks, battery on the back (weld a plate above the axle for the battery) and then some hooks on the handle for the hose and then just put the container on the front plate. I have one that I have not finished rigging up yet just like this. When moving it, just be careful not to tip over the battery, the chemical buckets are not on it when you move it, just when you are ready to work. I will be using those odd wire connectors they use for trailer wiring, like what Northern tool pumps come with so changing out a pump will be faster when needed. The pump will have the QC's also making changes faster also. Hope this gives you another idea.
