When doing gutter brightening, how long is the mix good for? Do you start a new batch each day you do a gutter brightening job, or do you reuse the mix from a previous day?

It doesn't have a shelf life. Use it until your buckets empty then make more.

So no matter how dirty and nasty the mix gets, it should be good to go?

Correct. I've never had a problem.
Same with oxalic acid.

My guys notice a considerable degredation of the mix after a gutter cleaning. We have tried to use it a few days after cleaning some nasty gutters only to find out that it doesn't seem to do so well on just slightly dirty gutters. I try to make sure that we don't mix up any more than we need to do a job. In fact, I would rather have to mix up more to complete a job than have cleaner left over.

I will have to order another 5 gallon pail of F-13 soon as I am down to my last half gallon. That stuff works pretty good!

Do you have to scrub the gutters using F-13 of it depends how dirty they are?

That's weird. I bought some F 13 a few times and really loved it at first. Then one day it just seemed like it stopped working. I don't know what could have happened. I figured it had a limited shelf life. I don't figure it's gotten cold enough here in Florida to freeze the stuff.
