GUNS..... New or Rebuild ??

One of my guns has started to leak under pressure.
My question is " Is I worth repairing or should I just ditch it and replace it??"

I was having the same issue and I just opened it up and the pipe that goes from the quick connect to the trigger valve was loose. try checking that

Did you check the rubber O rings?

When my triggers go bad they begin weeping and actuating the unloader,...that's when I replace. If I had a leak under pressure I'd be checking the things these guys are referring to.

If its weeping and not leaking, a new stainless steel ball or ceramic ball replacement will fix it up.

If you have time fix, if you can make more money washing with a new one then spending time fixing, well you have that answer.

I agree with replacing if needed,..with that said,..there's no reason to be wasteful or stupid about it though,.. a little troubleshooting may be worth the effort sometimes,..not only that,..but you learn a little about how your "stuff" works.

* I've never had a trigger leak under pressure that wasn't an o-ring,..at least not that I can remember. The trigger I use ST-2000 has 3/8" pipe threaded into the valve of the trigger,..at least they used to,..haven't had one apart for a long time,.....but could be as simple as loose fittings.
