Gum Removal tool

Has anyone heard of a gum removal tool that uses a torch to heat up the gum?
Someone told me about it. They said it is attached to a surface cleaner. when you see the gum behind the twister you Just pull the extra trigger assy on it and the torch lights and fuel is turned on at the same time just like a cigarette lighter, just heat up the gum and pop it off with the surface cleaner. It has a long wand on it so you can just hit the gum without bending over.
I would be very interested in this product.

There was a company that did a demo of a piece of machiner at the PWNA Orlando show. The name of it was GumBusters. They did not us a pressure washer either. If I remember right it just used steam and some chemical to evaporate the gum. No residue was left. It did a very nice job.

It seems that he only wanted to sell franchises though. Maybe that has changed. Try doing a search on Google for GumBusters.

the flame tool and the gumbuster are not the same.
Wiz they sell a tool that is a propane tank,hose, and tourch tip. It is used to burn weeds from asphault when you go to seal it. Also used to de-ice cement. I am guessing someone has adapeted that on a surface cleaner. Prob has a grill ignighter to light it and shuts off fuel when the trigger is released.
I had thought about this idea before but it makes a black mark on the cement. Maybe it wont if the cement is wet FIRST,or a diffrent fuel is used other then propane?
Wiz are you in the position to find a mfg. and market a small idea i have?
