Stopped by the bank this morn and saw this wash job. I don't know who tried this...and it was only in this area. Sad. This is close to our shop.

The BOA's here in Atlanta are all controlled by a large property management company. From what I was told the going rate for drive thru's that this company was willing to pay was about $55.00. This guy probably goes out sprays a little bit, sends a bill and gets paid. BOA pays the bill without checking on the quality of work or does not want to pay for higher quality of work.

It sometimes seems crazy to me. There is a new McDonalds that I did a proposal to. "We will do it ourselves - we have a machine" Month after month this place is starting to look nasty, but he still won't pay someone else to do it.

I think all of that cleaning came from the guy waiting in line at the ATM,,,,,,,he had to GO real bad but didnt want to loose his place in line at the ATM.......he was prob on a beer run and in a hurry!!!

Similar story with a lot of other pharmacy, restaurant and retail locations here in FL... I've been told by various national chains that... "the manager has a machine and does 6 locations"... "we're cutting back and having maintenance do it"... "I know our guy isn't doing a good job but he does A, B, C, D, E AND G for $XX.XX" ... and all of these locations have storefronts with concrete damage, poor quality work and are getting worse.



They will eventually see the light!!
