Greasy water leaks from side of the hood...

Yesterday I got call from the owner complaining on this Run off from the corner of the hood.
I think cleaning from top to bottom really good and hood plenum too. But don know exactly why some are this happens..
Try a air gun to blow off inside hood neccessiry?

LEave the fan on when you are done. If it's greasy water..... you may have missed some grease!

I agree. Turn the fan on when your done spraying during your wipe down. I let it run until I leave and place my sticker on. Also look out when your spraying the fan. If the duct up top is not water tight you may be getting some water from there.

I will go back and check to see If something missed then clean.
Also check for small holes there on the top of the hood inside.
I turn the fan on before and after and during cleaning too, on and off ,on and off.
