NICE. Time to get out they old grease containment brochures.
My favorites-
Conduit to short- And wires wire nutted together so they fall apart when you tip a cintrifugal upblast fan.
Conduit INSIDE the duct
junction box directly under the grease drippage
Hinges,if any-in pieces
Or they old "its just a small system it really shouldnt be that bad".
In line Direct drive fan motors that are EXPOSED! Talk about fire hazard.
