This is the third job in a month, Just got another emergency call from a PM. The guys own his own building and he came in today to discover that an oil spill was at the backdoor of a restaurant.
His secretary called us for and emergency call.

After responding it was obvious the grease was from cleaning the ducts.
I got to tell you I’m happy to clean these up but guys are just abusing the industry.

TGP is trying to make an impact on the industry by documenting correct cleaning and incorrect cleaning. This I got to tell ya is criminal. Dumping dirty grease onto the ground and leaving it is contaminating a person’s property. Its vandalism and its wrong. The company can be sited by the Arizona dept of environmental.
I will take some photos before and after; let’s see how bad it is????

There is a restaurant in teh paring garage between US Airways center and Chase field. It is on Jefferson. I was doing some work there and went inot the garage where the rear entrance is. They had grease piled high in teh landscaping and the renderings barrel had never been used. It was obvious that this guy was a nit wit and dumping the grease in the landscape, and it smelled incredibly bad.
Of course, now, he is nitpicking every little thing that I did to the property owner. Not that it matters. It has all been made up to make me look bad and is easily verifiable.
 
Downtown places are the worst, they fly thru help. Coach and Willies owes me $$$$$$. I hope thats not the place, I stop servicing them a two years ago because they wouldnt pay for services.

Its funny we can get fined for a garden hose running but they can dump grease and people pretend they dont know where it came from????
