Graffiti on vinyl?

A friend of mine had some one put graffiti on there siding was wondering what i could use and still keep the vinyl safe?

Has anybody ever used this on masonry surfaces like brick, cinder block and other concrete surfaces, I see they make it for that and was wondering how good it worked.

What do you guys use to remove graffiti from wood fences? There are a few homes I see that are constantly having the fencing surrounding the back yards tagged with graffiti. The home-owners (or some hack) takes a PW to it and you can see they are almost blasting through the slats to remove the paint. Looks very ugly.

Krud Kutter makes a spray on graffiti remover. It work great also spray on and wipe off. Be ready witha rag because it will run fast
