Got Dirt in Inlet, no pressure

Hi. I have a small 2700psi Blackmax (Subaru). While moving it, One of the wheels broke off and I didn't notice I got dirt in the inlet. I hooked up the hose and it turned on fine but no pressure. I undid the hose and saw gravel in it.

Long story short, after disassembling the whole bottom pump (several times) and cleaning all the cavities from debris (As best I could). I put it back together and still no pressure! I wonder if I got dirt behind the check valve ball (where unloader sits). Hate to pay $187 for a new pump but, at a loss for a solution.

Additional Dribble:
1. I put new gear oil in the piston chamber.
2. I removed and put back the unloader looking for debris.
3. I can see the ball bearing on the check valve but doesn't look like I can clean in there or get to it.
4. I also took apart all hoses and sprayer, cleaned and re-attached.
5. After removing the loader assembly, there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the check valve cavity easily.

Honestly, these cheaper machines it doesn't take much to blow or damage a pump. Get a predator from Harbor Freight with the warranty, then every time it breaks down just replace it for a new one. My best advice for these small little machines. Good luck to you! There are some guys on this board that are far more equipment repair guys than me! I'm just a pressure washer in arizona!

Thank you for your reply. It ran great until I got dirt and gravel in the inlet. I'm not in the business or use it all that often. Can't justify the expense when instead, I can sneak another Vortex Viper scope behind the wife's back!:ROFLMAO:😅 But really, thank you for the reply and I'll look into the predator!
