Got a shocker to wash

Went to have a look at an extensive deck yesterday that would be 10-12 years old and never been cleaned. It is in a shocking state and it will require a huge amount of work. I have been doing decks with great success but none of them have suffered the neglect that this one has.
The deck has had a lot of dead foliage from surrounding trees on it for a long time and I am suspecting that there is a certain amount of surface rotting. There is rotten fruit (citrus) on it leaving black ingrained stains. some of the deck appears to be pressure treated pine with a coating (not stain) on it.
A total mixed bag. The bulk of the deck is Kwila. Kwila is a tropical hardwood mahogany looking colour and grain wise.
I'm looking for some good step by step advise on this one.
My plan of attack is as follows
1. sweep and shovel off foliage and fruit. basically manually remove as much of the rubbish I can.
2. Do a pre wash rinse down to remove remaining soiling.
3. Apply SH 12% (at a rate of 25%SH to 75% water) with a pack sprayer. Going for direct application rather than down streaming.
4. Pressure wash as normal.
I will have to do it in blocks due to it's size and board by board.

This is where I need some serious advise.
I suspect that there will be a lot of staining revealed after the wash.
I have read of you guys using OXALIC ACID to bleach and brighten. Living in New Zealand I don't have products available to me as you do
I can source OXALIC ACID from my wash product supplier in it's raw form.
What I need is advise on a mixing ratio and advise on the best method of application. I HAVE NEVER USED OXALIC ACID BEFORE.
What would be the desirable dwell time?
Any and all advise will be greatly appreciated.
