I am going to clean a white rubber roof this morning .. Iwill take some pics and post them when I get Back .. This is going to be so much FUN!!! Oh by the way it's going to rain too... ( I LOVE THIS JOB )

Roof only? or are you doing the system also?
What do you charge for a roof?
Do you contain the runoff?

Ok I was wrong , it was worse than rubber it was tar with white sand looking stuff on it.. But I did manage to clean the siding pretty good.

Yep I contained the run off but it didnt work as good as I wished .. I ran plastic shoots out of the gutters and into the sewer drain.. The grey sand came off the roof and went down the gutter it got in the plastic and kept blocking the water and diverting it into the plants.. But I still have gotten no complaints yet .. Plus it started raining ... Thank God For Rain it washed all the little messes off the grass.

The Reason for the roof cleaning was that the last vent hood cleaning company had been cleaning the fans and not washing off the roof...
So now I do the Hood Cleanings , Fire Inspections, and Concrete Cleaning every Month... I love new accounts... $900.00 extra a month...
This guy was paying another company like $ 300 a month to clean the hoods...
all it took for me to get the job and the extra money was to pry the exhaust fan off of the grill hood and show him the duct work .... We will be cleaning this account next week..

Josh,

He means 'duckwork'. That is when a duck gets below the impellers and does his business on the flue curbing. Makes an awful mess.

Matt,

Does running grease emulsion water into the sewer system meet your definition of "contain the runoff"? I would be facing huge fines if I tried that here.

John,What is special grease catching rocks??

Yes, I mean no. The good thing about not certified is that I can give those kind of answers. Ignorance is bliss.

We have special grease catching rocks too, but they are probably not as good as the ones John has.

The rocks are similar to charcoal but they are made of the same composition as grilling rocks with special porous holes at the top. then they are soaked at a high temp in some of JT 's goop looking stuff. I really couldn't tell you how JT makes these things but it works .. I can take some rocks and pour water and oil thru them and the only thing that gets thru the rocks is clean water .. Go Figure..
So JT is the Brain .... IM just the bossman....

Containment in mississippi means keep it off the grass or the floor thats it .. So use the drain.
1000000 people a day take a dump, they eat greasy food.. I wash grease down the drain..
The difference is since I clean with caustic which is basically drain opener .... My Sh_t don't stink...
You gotta Love Mississippi.

By the way did yall notice gas and diesel going up..
Unleaded 2.05 a gallon
Diesel 2.12 a gallon
Here we go again it's getting warm outside and it's time for mr oshama at the local slush puppy mart to rip people off..
